Every sport here is easy to learn, welcoming for beginners and designed to get you playing quickly. All three courts are multi-use, laid on Tiger Turf over shock-pad matting. Good bounce, and kind to your joints.
One of the fastest-growing sports in the world: fun, social, easy to learn and incredibly addictive.
Played in doubles on an enclosed court with walls, a bit like squash. The walls keep the ball alive, so rallies last longer and beginners get into a game far quicker. You don’t need a big swing or lots of experience. Just turn up and play.
Tennis, badminton and table tennis rolled into one. Smaller court, lower net, instant rallies.
Played on our Tiger Turf surface with a sprung matting system underneath. Balls come included with your court, and we’ve picked ones that play well on our surface. Games are social, welcoming and full of laughter.
Fast, energetic and brilliant for fitness and reactions. Casual or competitive, you choose.
Our badminton courts use the same Tiger Turf and sprung matting, which is soft on the joints but still helps you spring up for your overheads. Shuttle hire is included.
A fast-paced take on tennis on a smaller court with a lower net. You’ll be rallying immediately.
Simple, energetic and accessible. Ideal if you want something more dynamic than pickleball but less demanding than full-size tennis. The sprung matting gives a good bounce and is kind to your joints.
Where the very youngest players start. Junior-friendly formats built around confidence.
Scaled-down courts, softer balls and shorter rackets so children can rally from their very first session. Coached sessions for ages 2–8 run through Rise Up Racket Sports.

The Rally Hub was created from a deep love of racket sports, and from a belief that sport should always feel welcoming, inclusive and full of joy.
When health changes meant our founder had to adapt rather than step away, this place became the answer: a space designed not around competition or pressure, but around people, community and enjoyment.
So it isn’t built for elite performance. It’s built for laughter and rallies, first attempts and small wins, social games with friends, children learning through play, and adults rediscovering that sport is actually fun.

Flexible hire for padel, pop tennis, pickleball, touchtennis and badminton. Book online in under a minute, whether that’s socially, competitively or just for fun.
No kit? No problem. Padel rackets are £4 per person, and every other racket sport includes racket and ball or shuttle hire.
You need zero experience. Many of our players are complete beginners, and the whole place is designed to feel relaxed and pressure-free.

Coaching
Coaching is delivered by the expert team at Rise Up Racket Sports in partnership with Syston Northfields Tennis Club, specialising in mini tennis for ages 2–8. Guaranteed indoor play all year round, so there’s no worrying about the weather.
Holiday camps
Run by the experienced Rise Up Racket Sports team across padel, pickleball, pop tennis, mini tennis, badminton and table tennis, plus fun fitness and challenges. Indoors, so camps always go ahead whatever the weather.

Gate code: the site has a keypad. Your code arrives with your booking confirmation by email or text. Rise Up Racket Sports provide it for coaching.

No. Padel rackets are available to hire at £4 per person, and racket plus ball or shuttle hire is included with every other racket sport. There’s also a shop for rackets, padels and accessories, and we restring.
Courts open 08:00–21:00, every day
